Prof.Crawford has worked in more than forty countries leading the communications for global not-for-profits and international organizations.

He started his career with the BBC as a resident correspondent in the Middle East and South Asia. Since leaving journalism Prof.Crawford has work in communications and public affairs for the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, the first international terrorism tribunal, and for WorldSkills a global not-for-profit which organizes the world championships of trades and promotes vocational careers globally.

Prof.Crawford has masters degrees from King’s College, London and the University of St Andrews, and has worked as a contract lecturer in Professional Communications at Ryerson University in Toronto.
