Howard KeKe Hall (何可可）, a deputy dean and visiting professor of Business School, China Academy of Management Sciences, obtained Bachelor degree and  Master of Engineering in California of the United States, back to 80 of last century.

He has rich academic and work experience. He used to serve as a consulting engineer at Westinghouse Nuclear Power Generation Company and copious amounts of experience in nuclear power generation technology and management were accumulated there. After returning to China, he devoted himself in China's energy construction and economic development actively. Howard has been committed to cultivating high-quality business management talents and remarkable contributions have been made to China's economic development. His teaching and research areas are mainly related to energy management, nuclear power generation, business strategy and corporate sustainable development. In the past ten years, he put the rest of his life into research on China's agricultural modernization focused on organic farming, food safety, environmental protection, and efficient management, and he introduced advanced foreign agricultural technologies as topics. To share the research results, he funded it himself to tour multiple places nationwide including Zhangping Fujian, Shishi, Jiangsu, Xuzhou, Guangdong, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong to give lectures. He also conducted seminars and lectures with a vast number of people engaged in agricultural investment. His research results have won recognition and praises at many international academic conferences and have had a far-reaching influence on China's energy construction and economic development. His research contents are including flaming cultivation which are greatly reduction on chemical residues on vegetable’s, soilless growth on plants which use modern industrial means to effectively and efficiently produce food, fermentation bed of growing pig which greatly reduces pollution of environment, indoor farming fish which increases food supply of fish, blood sugar control which helps diabetics to control disease, lemon peel nutrient which helps people to have healthy food. Protein vegetable increasing protein supply for Chinese to fight hunger and poverty . His several thesis and research reports were listed by China national eduction department and Qing Hua university to be “China important paper”. He continues to research on many important areas on agriculture aiming for safe and effective food supply.
