Chen Heqiang was graduated from Northeast Normal University with a major in Chinese Language and Literature, He has participated in the advanced training class for the training class for cadres' psychological quality of the Central Academy of Culture and Tourism Management;“BEI DA XUE TANG ”life-long learning project of continuing education college in Peking University; Senior Workshop of Social Innovation Talents in college of Social Science form Tsinghua University. He is the first batch of Experts admitted to the National Techology Industry Talent Pool organized by the Zhongguancun Innovation Talent Working Group, the Expert admitted to the National Training Network of the Human Resources Mobility Management Department of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the instructor for the rural revitalization sponsored by China Rural Education Development Center, a national institution.
